Spathiphyllum sensation

Spathiphyllum sensation boasts a set of glossy leaves that are long and lance-shaped. The creamy-white flower is enclosed in a set of white spathes. Under favourable conditions, they can grow to about 120 cm with a 50 cm leaf blade and a 20 cm spath flower. As a houseplant, Spathiphyllum Sensation requires average water regularly and grows well in shaded areas.

Country of Origin : Central and South America

Will grow to approximately 1.5m high and 1.2m diameter.

To keep your Sensation producing healthy foliage it is important to apply some slow release fertiliser in spring.

Maintenance Tips:- Cold drafts will harm this plant. Wash leaves occasionally to protect plant from scale and mites. Pick off yellow leaves at the base of the plant. Remove spent flowers to ensure continued blooms. Plant will not re-bloom if the spent flower stems are not removed from the plant.
